The ruling on one who calls upon idols and seeks help from them, and so on, is apparent, and it is the major disbelief, unless he claims that he circumambulated the graves with the intention of worshiping Allah, as he circumambulates the Kaaba thinking that it is permissible to circumambulate the graves and did not intend by that to draw closer to their owners, but rather intended to draw closer to Allah alone. Because circumambulating the graves is a reprehensible innovation, like praying there, and all of that is a means of disbelief.
