Shirk in his name is to associate other with Allah in worship, such as invoking idols or others, pleading with them, making a vow to them, praying for them, fasting for them, or slaughtering for them, and such as slaughtering for the or praying for so-and-so, or asking for supplies from the Messenger ﷺ Or from Abd al-Qadir or others from the dead and absent, then all of this is called shirk, and the same applies if the stars or jinn call for help, or they ask for aid, or the like. This has become a shirk with Allah, God Almighty said.
وَلَقَدْ أُوحِيَ إِلَيْكَ وَإِلَى الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِكَ لَئِنْ أَشْرَكْتَ لَيَحْبَطَنََّ عَمَلُكَ وَلَتَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ [الزمر:65].
And it was already revealed to you and to those before you that if you should associate [anything] with Allah, your work would surely become worthless, and you would surely be among the losers.[az-zumar 65]
